Who is responsible
The data controller is Dave Capital AS, organisation number 935 459 389, Alnafetgata 8B, 0192 Oslo, Norway. Reach us at hello@musicmind.ai for anything in this policy.
What we collect
Your email address, the prompts you write, and the tracks you generate. Sign-in is handled by Auth0, so we never see or store your password. Payment details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.
What we use it for
Running your account, generating your music, and keeping your library available to you. Prompts are sent to our music generation provider (ElevenLabs) solely to produce your track.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't use your tracks or prompts to train models.
Who helps us run it
A few specialised providers process data on our behalf, each under GDPR data processing agreements: Auth0 (sign-in, EU region), Neon (database, Frankfurt), Vercel (hosting and audio storage), ElevenLabs (music generation: receives your prompts only, to produce your track), Stripe (payments), and Microsoft 365 (support email). We share only what each one needs to do its job.
Your controls
You can delete any track from your library at any time, and you can delete your whole account yourself under Settings → Danger zone: it removes your account, tracks, audio files and credit history immediately. Prefer email? hello@musicmind.ai works too.
Cookies
Two cookies: your session, and your language preference. No trackers, no third-party analytics cookies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Email hello@musicmind.ai and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
