1. Who we are
MusicMind is operated by Dave Capital AS, a Norwegian company with organisation number 935 459 389, registered at Alnafetgata 8B, 0192 Oslo, Norway. Questions about these terms: hello@musicmind.ai.
2. The service
MusicMind lets you generate music from text descriptions using AI. You buy credits, spend them on generations, and download the results. We aim for high availability but the service is provided as-is while in early access.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity on your account. One account per person. You must be at least 13 years old to use MusicMind.
4. Credits & payments
Credits are consumed when a generation completes successfully. Failed generations are automatically refunded to your balance. Credits remain valid for as long as your account exists and are non-transferable; deleting your account forfeits any remaining credits. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in USD and any applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated at checkout.
5. Refunds & right of withdrawal
Unused credits can be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase: email hello@musicmind.ai from your account address. When you spend a credit, the music is generated and delivered immediately; by starting a generation you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies to those spent credits. If a generation fails, the credits return to your balance automatically.
6. Rights to your music
You own the tracks you generate with paid credits and may use them in personal and commercial projects. You may not resell generated tracks as-is on stock music marketplaces, or use the service to imitate identifiable artists.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use MusicMind to create content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to circumvent usage limits. If a publicly shared track breaks these rules, report it to hello@musicmind.ai and we will review and remove it promptly.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is significant we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably belong to the courts of Oslo, Norway. Consumers keep any mandatory protections of their home country, and EU/EEA consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
